1. Where to find CDkey?

--After you finished the payment, the system will automatically send a CDKey to your email, maybe will be 5 minute delay.

And if you did not receive it, maybe it is in your spam folder, please double check.

2. How to activate CDkey?

Here is the step to activate Coolcut VIP:

• Without CDKey?

Coolcam/Coolcut uses an advanced account system so if the customer had logged in to account before purchasing, the account will auto-upgrade to a VIP account. In this case, the customer don't need a CDK to activate the VIP, please re-log in your account. the same subscription only have 1 CDK, so if the CDK have been bond to the customer account, the customer no need to reactive again.
